Lunch with Ramesh Ponnuru of the National Review

Massachusetts Fiscal Alliance's Advisory Committee will host Ramesh Ponnuru, Senior Editor of the National Review, for a lunch reception on Wednesday, May 30. Advisory Committee members are invited to mix and mingle with Ramesh from 11:30am to 12pm and then join the lunch from 12pm to 1pm. You must be a member of the Advisory Committee to attend this event. As a member of the Advisory Committee, you may attend all our events throughout the year. The suggested contribution for this event is to become a member of the Advisory Committee. 

As a member of the Advisory Committee, you can hear from key leading figures on both the national and local political scene. Past speakers include Governor Scott Walker, Chris Sununu, Speaker Paul Ryan, Senators Kelly Ayotte, Ron Johnson, Jeff Flake, Congresswomen Cathy McMorris Rodgers, Elise Stefanik, Congressman Bruce Poliquin, and WSJ editor Kimberley Strassel and NR editor Rich Lowry.

Ramesh.jpgRamesh Ponnuru is a senior editor for National Review, a columnist for Bloomberg View, a visiting fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, and a senior fellow at the National Review Institute. In the Fall of 2013, he was a resident fellow at the University of Chicago's Institute of Politics. Ponnuru grew up in Kansas City and graduated summa cum laude from Princeton's history department. Ponnuru has published articles in numerous newspapers including the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal, the Financial TimesNewsday, and the New York Post. He has also written for First ThingsPolicy ReviewThe Weekly StandardThe New RepublicReason, and other publications. He has appeared on numerous television news programs. He is the author of The Party of Death: The Democrats, the Media, the Courts, and the Disregard for Human Life. He is also the author of the monograph The Mystery of Japanese Growth (American Enterprise Institute/Centre for Policy Studies).
