The Massachusetts Fiscal Alliance, the Fiscal Alliance Foundation, and Citizens for Limited Taxation announced today that they have partnered with the New England Legal Foundation and the Goldwater Institute to prepare to bring suit to enforce Chapter 62F of Massachusetts law, should such action be necessary.

Legislature Close to Being Held Accountable to the Voters

The Massachusetts Fiscal Alliance made the following statement in response to early morning news that Speaker Ron Mariano and Senate President Karen Spilka, along with the legislative leaders, were unwilling to pass their modest economic development bill, despite extending their legislative session several hours past the midnight deadline.
