Last month, Newtown District Court Judge Shelley Joseph was indicted on charges of obstruction relating to her role in helping an illegal immigrant escape out the backdoor of a courthouse to avoid ICE agents. The man, twice deported already, had been arrested on drug charges and was wanted for drunk driving in PA. Now, Judge Joseph has filed a motion in court to reinstate her pay while she awaits trial.
