Alliance Announces New Member of Finance Team

The Massachusetts Fiscal Alliance and the Fiscal Alliance Foundation have announced the addition of a new member of their finance team.

Matthew Grim, a political veteran with years of campaign experience for candidates and organizations across the country, has joined the Alliance as their new Finance Manager. Grim’s resume includes stints as a field organizer for Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s successful 2018 reelection campaign, as well as three years serving as the Deputy Finance Director for the Arizona Republican Party.

“Matt’s prior work has shown a deep commitment to candidates that prioritize fiscal responsibility, government transparency, and economic competitiveness. We are excited to have him join the team as our new finance manager. As the Alliance takes steps to continue its growth, Matt will be a big part of that success over the coming years,” stated Paul D. Craney, a spokesman for the Massachusetts Fiscal Alliance and the Fiscal Alliance Foundation.

“My expertise lies in both fundraising and strategic planning and I am excited to start doing my part to support our team as they work tirelessly towards increasing fiscal responsibility on Beacon Hill, making our state more economically competitive, and increasing transparency in our state government. After working several campaign cycles in one of the country’s most important battleground states, I am excited to work for the Alliance next, as it’s an organization that has a tremendous reputation and potential for growth to match its influence,” stated Grim.
